Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) is the designated assessing authority for a broad range of skilled trade and technical occupations. It is the essential starting point for tradespeople wishing to migrate to Australia.

Who Needs TRA?

Tradespeople applying for permanent skilled migration (Subclass 189, 190, 491) or TSS visas in trade occupations. TRA assessments are mandatory for these visa pathways.
